I have been a licensed therapist since 2002 and have worked with clients of all ages facing a wide range of clinical concerns. Throughout my career, I have served in both clinician and supervisory roles across various provider organizations in both private and public settings. My experience includes supporting individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, anger management challenges, substance use concerns, and relationship conflicts. My clinical approach is grounded in empathy and a genuine effort to understand each client’s unique needs and how their challenges impact their daily lives. I work collaboratively with clients to explore practical ways to manage difficult situations, build resilience, and create meaningful improvements in their overall well-being.
